Starting off on Tuesday, Behind the Screen will be introducing Volver at Broadway Cinema.
On Wednesday another screening at Broadway. Mami Wata is introduced by The New Black Film Collective as part of their tour celebrating Nollywood.
Porlock Press introduces their second Jan Švankmajer screening of the year on Thursday at Mammoth Cinema, Surviving Life (Theory and Practice).
Finally, the highlight of the week has to be Yi Yi on Saturday. On the film's 25th anniversary, Jackie Treehorn are bringing this masterpiece to Broadway Cinema. They've been teasing this since their last screening and it is likely the last chance to catch this on a big screen in Nottingham for a while.
